Eurostar from St Pancras: Chauffeur Guide for London to Paris

For many trips to Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam, Eurostar beats flying. You leave from the centre of London and arrive in the centre of the city. With a chauffeur at both ends, the whole journey becomes door to door.

When to Arrive at St Pancras

Eurostar currently recommends arriving 75 minutes before departure in Standard and Plus, and 45 minutes before in Premier. Gates close 30 minutes before departure for Standard and Plus, and 15 minutes before for Premier. Timings can change, so check the time shown on your ticket.

We plan your pick-up from your arrival time at the station, not your train time, and allow for traffic on Euston Road, which is often slow at peak hours.

Drop-off at St Pancras

St Pancras International sits on Euston Road, with the Eurostar terminal inside the station. Your chauffeur drops you as close to the entrance as traffic rules allow and helps with luggage to the door. If you would like help inside the station, tell us when you book.

Coming Home

On the return, we track your train and your chauffeur meets you as you come through arrivals at St Pancras. If the train is delayed, the pick-up moves with it.

A Car Waiting in Paris

Through our vetted international partners we can have a car waiting at Gare du Nord in Paris, and in Brussels and Amsterdam, to the same standard and on the same booking. One request covers both sides of the journey. See our Paris chauffeur service and international chauffeur service.

Which Car?

For one or two passengers with standard luggage, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series. For families or groups with more bags, a Mercedes-Benz V-Class. See the full fleet.
